  • Learn how to use Franklin Method Balls in and out of the saddle.

  • Learn the basic anatomy of the specific area of interest.

  • Embody the movement of the area in a functional way.

  • Explore the possibilities of how the area of focus can function in the saddle.

  • Practice exercises to improve your equitation skills.

  • Train feel by improving proprioception.

  • Enhance your ability to focus and control while riding, and reduce fatigue.

  • Improve your posture, alignment, and balance while riding a horse to prevent injuries.

Webinars provide a practical and interactive learning experience. Please make sure you have enough space to move around and wear comfortable clothes. Also, have your Franklin Method Equestrian Equipment ready for the webinar. In case you don't have Franklin Method Equipment, keep a hand towel or a sponge handy.

WORKSHOP 1
How to Improve Balance
"EquilibrioJoy Workshop"

"In this workshop, we will explore various techniques that can help improve balance off and on the saddle."

As riders, any biomechanical flaws or movement issues

we have will affect our horses. This can lead to less

efficient body movement and potentially cause muscle

tension or gripping. When muscles are tense, they

cannot be used for movement production.

Approaching alignment dynamically can lead to a truly transformative experience.

  • Getting the feel! Activate your proprioceptive system.

  • Understand breath control and core stability on the saddle.

  • Have some fun! Learn neurocentric exercises to improve balance.

  • The rider's alignment is a 3-dimensional event.

WORKSHOP 2
The Pelvis
"Hip Harmony Haven: Your Path to Perfect Pelvic Balance."

Improving a rider's seat requires developing awareness of pelvic anatomy. This leads to a stable and balanced seat, which can enhance communication with the horse and increase rider safety and effectiveness.

  • Understand the biomechanics of the pelvis

  • Develop awareness of pelvic movement

  • Improve core strength and stability

  • Addressing common riding problems

WORKSHOP 3
The lower leg
"Lower Leg Ninja Edition – Ride with precise  control."

Understanding rider biomechanics, imagery, and embodiments for the lower leg will surprisingly create huge changes in overall rider position, movement and alignment.
Did you know that your foot position in the saddle impacts the position of your pelvis?
Foot posture influences pelvic alignment both in and out of the saddle.

  • Understand the biomechanics of the leg

  • Develop awareness of the lower leg movement

  • Placement of the foot

  • Ankle mobility and stability

WORKSHOP 4
The shoulder
"Joyful Shoulders Workshop"

Discover the wonders of shoulder dynamics to ride with confidence and balance. Learn about shoulder anatomy for a harmonious ride.

  • Understand the biomechanics of the shoulder girdle.

  • Develop awareness of the clavicle movement.

  • Embody the relationship between shoulder mobility and the ribcage.
